FAQ
AtlasPerp is a decentralized trading platform for perpetual futures on crypto, stocks, ETFs, forex and commodities. You trade from your own wallet with up to 100x leverage on major crypto markets, orders match in milliseconds on a central limit order book, and every trade settles on-chain.
There is no sign-up form. Connect a wallet and select Enable trading. Your wallet is your account. Check that using leveraged derivatives is permitted where you live.
MetaMask, Phantom, Trust Wallet, Coinbase Wallet, Rabby, OKX Wallet, Binance Wallet and any other EVM browser wallet. On mobile, connect through WalletConnect, which supports 300+ wallets, or open AtlasPerp in your wallet app’s browser.
It creates your trading account and a trading key in your browser, with two free signatures. The key lets your orders go through instantly without wallet pop-ups or gas. It cannot withdraw funds.
Yes. Demo mode on Arbitrum Sepolia gives you 1,000 test USDC so you can try deposits, orders and positions with no real money.
A contract that tracks the price of an asset with no expiry date. You can go long (profit if the price rises) or short (profit if it falls) and use leverage. A funding payment between longs and shorts keeps its price close to the underlying market.
No. Orders are signed with your trading key and matched instantly, with no on-chain transaction. You only pay network gas when you deposit.
Market, limit, stop market, stop limit, and take profit / stop loss, plus post-only, immediate-or-cancel, fill-or-kill and reduce-only options.
A maker fee of 0.03% when your order adds liquidity and a taker fee between 0.06% and 0.02% when it takes liquidity. Fees are shown in the order form before you confirm. There is no fee for depositing, and a small network fee for withdrawing.
Stock markets follow their exchange sessions, and some trade on extended 24/5 hours. When a market is closed it is marked Closed and its reference price is frozen until it reopens. Prices can gap at the open.
Up to 100x on BTC, ETH and SOL, up to 50x on forex majors and some large crypto markets, and up to 20x on stocks, ETFs and commodities. Smaller markets have lower limits. The order form shows the maximum for each market.
With cross margin your whole balance backs your cross positions. With isolated margin each position has its own margin, so the most you can lose on it is the margin you assigned.
When your account margin ratio falls below the maintenance margin your positions require, measured with the mark price. Open orders are cancelled and only as much of the position is liquidated as needed to restore your margin.
Use lower leverage, always set a stop loss, keep spare collateral, use isolated margin for risky trades, and watch the liquidation price shown on each position.
A periodic payment between longs and shorts, every 8 hours on most markets and every 4 hours on others. When it is positive longs pay shorts, when it is negative shorts pay longs. AtlasPerp takes no fee on funding.
Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base and Mantle. All deposits feed the same account and the same order books.
USDC is the base currency and can be deposited on every network. USDT, ETH, WBTC, USD1, USDG and YUSD are also accepted as cross-margin collateral, depending on the network: Ethereum takes USDC, USDT, ETH, WBTC, USD1 and YUSD; Arbitrum USDC, USDT, ETH and USDG; Base USDC and ETH; Optimism and Mantle USDC. Each counts at a percentage of its value.
Usually a few minutes. Networks with longer finality can take a little more. Withdrawals are always signed by your wallet.
Realized profit must be settled before it is withdrawable. Select Settle PnL in Portfolio. You also can only withdraw free collateral that is not needed as margin for open positions or orders.
1 USDC on most networks, 2 USDC on Mantle and 3 USDC on Ethereum mainnet, to cover the network cost. The exact fee is shown before you confirm.
You do. Collateral is held in audited vault smart contracts, not in an AtlasPerp bank account, and every withdrawal needs a signature from your own wallet.
